Adult Day Health Care is a part of the Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, which offers community health management services. It provides registrants with medical, nursing and rehabilitative services that are designed for the care, comfort and convenience of the frail, elderly and disabled adults. The center provides on-site medical services including podiatry, dentistry, ophthalmology, audiology testing, laboratory, radiology and other medical specialties, as well as occupational, physical and speech therapies.
