        We are a brand new, full service RV park located near beautiful Lake Proctor just across the road from the Corp of Engineers Copperas Creek Camping area. We are near PAR Country Club Golf Course and two of the areas favorite restaurants. Convenience store, boat launch, and live bait for fishing are nearby. There are delicious Mexican food restaurant nearby, as well as Country Pickins full service restaurant for breakfast and lunch. And don't forget the burgers next door at the convenience store! With Lake Proctor nearby, you can enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, or just relaxing at the RV Park!! *PRICING* 30 amp RV: 25.00 Day, 120.00 Week, 350.00 Month 50 amp RV: 29.00 Day, 140.00 Week, 425.00 Month Prices effective for one or two people per site. Add 3.00 per day, 10.00 per week, or 25.00 per month for each additional person.         The place is neat, clean, and has fresh gravel and clean picnic tables. We were provided a grill on request. The location is less than two miles from par country club and within walking distance of Lake Proctor. There are two decent restaurants right down the street and a convenient store next door. If you like watch wild life there were deer across the street in the park almost every morning. If you stay at the park, the golf course will give you buy one get one free green fees. There were really good winter rates for the grand opening. Check out the website and Facebook page. The only downside (4 stars instead of 5) was the lack of public bathrooms and showers. Great place to stay
