Apartments are homes, are they not. They are supposed to make you feel welcome while taking away the stress of owning your own home. They should offer amenties to the residents that are first class and treat each person equally and fairly. Greystone Falls has it all. I was amazed at the shear elegance of the community. After remembering how college apartments looked it suprised me to find the level of quailty and amenity here. The staff is first rate and have always been helpful when they are needed. The apartments are beautiful, with Hard wood floors and granite in the kitchens. They make good use of the space and have cool bonuses like surround sound speakers and networked apartments. If anyone is looking for a great place to live with no hassle and first class amenities this is the one. My wife and I both approve. Hope you will try it out. BW
I have been a resident since 2008 and have had nothing but great service with lease manager and maintenance. Since being here the present lease manager has always responded to all issues I had with. Sandra Pace and Tripp Chesser go beyond their own professions yo help and make sure our tenant's safety and comfort at all times. I feel they should be rewarded in some way because of their dispositions and hard work.
Very nice apartments. I love the inside. The only things I dislike are how trashy people here are and the parking space in building 200. People on this side of town litter recklessly! When you get ready to sign the lease they go over so many rules but once you move in you realize they are barely inforced.
