The UPS Store

I only have good things to say about this store. Can't understand the other negative reviews. I'm handicapped (right let amputated above the knee) and whenever I need it, Caitlyn (one of several UPS workers) will leave the store, go to my car and get my package for me.

I'm really happy with these folks. Whenever I go in, I'm always greeted with smiles and pleasant dispositions.

I advise anyone who are thinking about doing business with this store go else where. Very rude and unproffessional representatives

They NEVER answer the phone which is EXTREMELY annoying. They are generally very helpful but there is one young lady in there that needs a crash course on friendly customer service. She has medium length, dark brown, straight hair. Other than that, I have had very positive experiences with them.

Called in the middle of the day when I know they were open. No one ever answered the phone, it just rang and rang. Tried 3 or 4 times. This location sucks, people need to be fired.

This was the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced in my life. The first time I went there they were extremely rude. When I asked to borrow a pen the lady told her co worker to make sure she gets it back in my husbands and my face. My husband was in army uniform do you think he is really gonna steal anything??? Second time was just me and my kids . My daughter was just looking at the cards she was not doing anything wrong the lady scowled at her and grabbed the whole card tree away. Then my daughter who is only three just looked at a tap measure and asked what it was for and the lady shouted at her. On top of that they are just really in helpful and unfriendly. Never again do I go there.
