        They did a wonderful job all around with my diabetic foot ware needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

        The motor to my air mattress is not working correctly. They picked up a motor that was not inflating my mattress and replaced it with this one which over inflates, even on the lowest settings. They know I am a quadriplegic, I am hospital bed or motorized wheelchair bound. I get pressure sores easily, was hospitalized for 2 months for surgery for a stage 4 + sore, so the air mattress in vital. The mattress that they delivered me last year is great, but they seem to have a problem replacing the motor piece. It has been 3 weeks since they told me they ordered it, when I call, someone always says someone will call me back that day, but no one ever calls. They do not seem to be concerned about their customers. I need a lot of medical equipment and have friends that also do, I will not recommend Columbus Medical to them. For years I used St. Francis Home Medical but thought I would try Columbus Medical. WRONG CHOICE.
