Steve Saunders and Jeff Gordy are true experts in bikes and biking. I recently had them do a tune-up on my 20+ year old Schwinn Sierra mountain bike. The bike works better now than it has for years! It feels like a new bike, and is a blast to ride again. The skills offered by Steve and Jeff are augmented by the bike veteran Bill Arnold who rounds out the team with years of 'been there - done that' intuitive wisdom. These guys know how to relate to anyone who comes through their door, and treat people the way they themselves would like to be treated. Their service is absolute high quality, and their prices are fair. Every visit I've made to their shop has been a consistently solid 5-star experience, and I can unhesitatingly recommend Arnold's to anyone who needs a great bike shop, as well as, the myriad of services and products they provide.
