Not Worth It.

Water-bug infested. Pictures of rooms on website are not what they look like. Hotel amenities are false and misleading.

They really don't care about their hotel! Rooms are dirty and full of roaches,and the staff is rude,easily even the front office is rude.DON'T SYAY HERE!!!

Caveat Emptor! Just remember the phrase. Not my type of place. I will never use the chain again.

The staff is rude and incompetent. The rooms are infested with roaches, they have mold in them, are dirty, and have so many mechanical issues it isn’t funny. It’s not hard to see why they scored a 61 on their health inspection and had to have a follow up and only raised it to a 76. The pool always has debris floating in it. There is no gym here as the pictures portray. For a family you are given 2 towels, 1 wash cloth and no soap or shampoo. Cops are here nonstop with K-9 units looking for drugs. The so called maintenance people can’t even establish hot water to half the rooms. The housekeeping staff does a crappy job and doesn’t even speak freaking English! Don’t waste your money coming here because you will be sorry and what kind of hotel doesn’t give a refund if you are satisfied??Or even attempt to try to make it up to you?
