No one returns calls or comes out to the house when scheduled. We have tried for 30days to resolve an issue. All we needed to have done is change the alarm code from our landlord's to one for us. We are now taking this company to small claims court after we have put out of pocket.. money to set up a land line (that we did not need since we have great cell phone service) AND registering and Alarm Registration with the Metropolitan Government and paying for that!!! The answering service is nice when we call but ...no one returns calls! (and we have made over 25 of them). Stay away from this business.
