We were referred here by our primary physician who stated they had a lengthy conversation about our sons case & our insurance company. Our physician was told our insurance would be accepted. However, this office called me personally at home & told us our insurance was NOT accepted & we would have to self pay. Very rude woman on the phone! We asked if they could call our doctor and let them know this information so we could be referred to somewhere else & was told "NO, you need to do that yourself". Wow! Very RUDE!!

I had to fax several things several times because they lost it. Then when they received my paperwork they called my former doctor and said they weren't taking new patients. I called to confirm this and was told they are taking new patients it just depends on what kind of "problems" they are having. Are you kidding me? Apparently I am beyond help according to them and the extent of my "problems" is too much. Bad business and very rude , like it was my fault they lost my paperwork.
