        Two problems!

        1-If you become a guarantor for someone at this place, be aware that the guarantee to be financially responsible is "continuing and irrevocable", which means after you sign to be the guarantor, you will no longer be notified if the person you signed for decides to renew a new lease, thereby making you financially responsible again for another year!

        2-The apartments are old and need updating. All the windows leak so badly that they need to be covered and cause the utility bill to be very high.

        My recommendation.....DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
