Nova Pointe Apartments

this is a dangerous community to live in my nephew was visiting me and was jumped by three black guys--even though there is plenty of parking they will tow your car right before the holidays so you cant afford to get it out....its either pay your rent or pay $300-$400 to get your car out of tow-be careful this is breeding a hostile environment for everyone--if you park outside the gate then you have to walk to your apartment be prepared carry mace at the very least and dont walk around here at night-there are gang members, drug pushers and prostitutes everywhere--i have lived here 4 years and this is all true-im moving soon as i can afford too--dont believe the hype-i have seen the swat team in here more than once and guess what our taxes paid for?nothing they got nothing-hah the police are useless here-BEWARE!

Very bad management, even worse security, my daughter's car was broken into 3 Times, Then stolen... she tryed to get in touch with the manager after each break in & he never responded, & when she needed a parking permit for a car she had to barrowed after they stold her's car from these apartments... They didint want to give her one without playing twenty questions. So she went into the office to talk with the manager, he wouldnt even come out to talk to her. They told her he was busy... As one of his goons kept relaying messages from her to him. the manager stood watching her from the window There shouldn't have been any questions asked her car had been stolen.... there was no concern, compassion or carrying on there part. the manager stood watching everything from the office window & refused to come talk to her... this place is a joke with a bunch of jokers running it., I urge you not to rent here. If you work hard, have nice things, care about what you have, don't move here. you'll only have it taken away in a blink of an eye and no one will care or bother to help you...

The management has changed ownership in the last year. They cracked down on the criminal elements and have restored a feeling of safety to the property. The new management team is highly responsive to maintenance issues. In addition, the entire property has been re-paved and structraully retrofitted. These changes have not gone unnoticed and previously empty apartments have filled up.

First off the first time we called these apartments the agent told us that there were apartments available and to come in. When we get there a different agent tells us they are full. We leave and called back just to make sure because we felt strange about it and the first agent that asked us to come in tells us they are not full and they have spaces. So when we come back the agent that denied us changes her story and says they just got an eviction ten minutes ago and shes glad that we came back. She shows us the complex and tells us to fill out the paper work and bring in the holding deposit. A week later she never calls, I have to call to see if we are approved which we are by both managers. she tells us our move in date is in three weeks and all we have to do is put the bills in our name and wait for our employment verification to get back. Over the course of three weeks I asked my supervisor if she ever got anything from my apartment and she tells me she hasn’t. I call the apartments to ask if she sent them out and if she did could she resend them to my employer because she never got anything. She tells me she has sent them several times. They tell me it is still ok to put the utilities in my name and our date is still the same. I check in with them several times the week of the move in date and they never mention that I can not move in because they haven’t gotten my employment verification back. The day of move in I bring all my belongings in the u haul truck and come to sign the papers at 11 am and they tell me I cant sign the papers until maintenance is done with the finishing touches in the apartment and brings the keys back. And then when 1 comes they tell me I cant get the keys until 4 and then when 4 comes they tell me I am denied because my employment verification never came back after they supposedly sent it several times but my supervisor NEVER received anything. And the tell my roommate he is denied because they faxed his employer and supposedly he doesn’t work there. But his employer never received anything either, After I spent all the money on the truck, the deposits on the utilities and took off work to move in that day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Awesome rates for a 2 bedroom. Love living there although it gets a bit dull on the weekends, it keeps me out of trouble too.

I just moved into Nova Apartments a few months ago. The rent is relatively lower than comparable apartments nearby by and the staff has been very easy to work with too.

Out of all the apartments I've ever lived in out of all the cities I've been to, this is my favorite. The apartments are the best.

This is the perfect place for my new family. The areas are all very well taken care of and the staff is very easy to communicate with if not accommodating.

When we relocated to this complex a year ago, it was very nice and a great change of pace for us. The staff really cares about the tenants. If you need a repair or had a neighbor problem, they are not only helpful, but really follow through.

Nova Pointe has made apartment living too easy! The maintenance is excellent, reliable and responsive. Most apartment repairs are addressed or completed within 24 to 72 hours.

I really like living at Nova Pointe for several reasons. The grass is kept very nice, the pool is kept clean as are the laundry facilities. The driveway is kept looking nice as well. If I ever have a problem or issue, the office is easy to communicate with and are always quickly on top of it.

The staff has been great to work with and have treated me very well. They took care of my situation quickly and were very helpful too. I have not lived here for that long but have really enjoyed it thus far. Thank you!

This has been an awesome complex for my roommate and I. The rent is fair, the place is always clean and the management has been very easy to work with. Anything we need, they have been more than willing to work with us. I hope we never move!
