For the price of premium health spa, $55/mo, you get an old downtown gym. Maintenance on anything critical is 3-6 weeks and many lower priority maintenance items never get done. The racquetball courts have gone three weeks without heat in December! This makes it hard to have a workout routine. There are so many better values.

Family activities, organized, clean. Great for seniors ladies yoga & tai chi! Better than the old cardio we used to do!! I would give a five if it weren't for lack of adequate access to hydrotherapy services.
