        Have always been pleased

        Tire World gets all of my business. From oil changes, to brake work. I have always found them to be honest, reasonable and courteous.

        What a ripoff! BAIT AND SWITCH

        I was shopping for tires for my RAV 4 and called to get a quote. They quoted me $566 for all four tires installed, but I got there they wanted nearly $800. Said sorry, the tires you want are out of stock. By the way, it was the second time they did this to us. I thought the first time was an accident but it looks like it is always a bait and switch.

        I have been unable to determine what exactly happened here, but do know that the RAV 4 has 4 different tire size options that can make a big difference in the price. I don't know if the size quoted was correct or what the time frame was from when quoted to Karen arriving at the store. It has become more and more difficult to keep tires in stock due to the tire industry economic situation. If we made a mistake we apologize, but do not appreciate being accused of something that is not true. We would welcome the opportunity to satisfy this customer.
