        Only one star for the 2 young men being professional...but the job of cleaning my carpets was horrible. The carpets were soaking wet after they were done. Not just wet but saturated with water. I can't imagine they got real clean with that much water left in them. After about 3 hours I spent 2 hours sucking up over 3 gallons of water and dirt with my Hoover steam cleaner. They would have taken a week to dry otherwise. Totally unacceptable. I'm guessing they weren't properly trained on the procedure of how to clean properly. Or they rushed it. Don't use these guys to have your carpets cleaned! I will never use them again nor would I recommend to anyone. Horrible experience.
