Dr. Jackson was born and mostly raised in Arizona, but lived all over as the result of being in an Army family. She returned to complete her medical degree at the University of Arizona in Tucson and was immediately drawn to Pediatrics. She loves becoming part of patient families and helping parents as they raise their children. It is her goal to assist each child as they grow with the ability to reach his or her full potential. She completed a pediatric residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, and spent 7 years as a Pediatrician in Austin, TX, before moving to Colorado Springs. She is very excited to be part of the Iron Horse team!
Primary Care
Working in pediatrics is a dream come true for Lindsey. Supporting children and families through transformative years is a joy and a privilege. She loves how working in primary care affords her the special opportunity to build relationships with families.
Emergency Care
After 5:00 pm and on weekends, your call will be answered by our answering service, RN’s On Call. You will be given advice based on detailed pediatric telephone protocols. If the nurse cannot answer your questions, the doctor on call will be paged and call you back. If your child needs to be seen before the office is open again, you will be directed to the best place of care, such as one of the Memorial or Penrose Urgent Care Clinics, or the emergency department. In some cases, your doctor will recommend hospital admission without an emergency department visit, and will arrange for direct admission to the pediatric ward.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Prescription refills may be requested during normal business hours, and should be completed within 24 hours. Please try to anticipate your need for a refill. Medications for ADHD and psychiatric conditions will not be refilled on weekends.
