        Overall

        Normally great, but at my pick up time I noticed they took my service stripe off my uniform instead of adding one like I asked. When told them to fix it he tried to charge me again and said I would have to wait. When I tried to explain I shouldn't have to pay he told me he was busy and walked away. I have gone there three years and now I will never go back

        I visited Dry Clean USA today to drop my clothing. The person on duty told me "NOT UNTIL NEXT WEEK". I been going there for about 2 years and this is not the first time that I have been told "not until next week". It was Tuesday, 8:00 am in the morning. He stated that Fort Carson has an inspection and that he has no time for any dry cleaning. I told him that he needs to take the sign out of his window "advertising one day service". Really bad customer service. A very unhappy customer!
