        I really REALLY wish there wer...

        I really REALLY wish there were another company we could use. I hate that we are stuck with these people. They are so hard to deal with! In this economy, most companies will work with you, ESPECIALLY for something as important as utilities, but because they are the ONLY game in town, they can get away with whatever they want. And believe me, they do. They do not care whether you can pay or not, they will cut you off in an instant, kids at home or not. No, I am not asking to let people just get away with not paying their bills, but maybe make payment arrangements, please! When you do call to see if they can work with you, they are just RUDE. Honestly, they talk down to you, and act like, because you are asking for payment arrangements, you must just be a lazy bum who slacks off on all bills. That's not even remotely close to the situation, and yet, we are made to feel that way. If I could, I would cancel my service and go elsewhere, but they have ALL the power in the city!
