Angelica Smith, known to her patients as Angie, is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, specializing in Adult Gerontology Acute Care. She began her career in healthcare as a Patient Care Tech, later transitioning to a Post-Surgical RN. Becoming a Nurse Practitioner was a natural progression for Angie as it allowed her to continue providing direct patient care while expanding her role in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan development for her patients.
