I ordered a monument in September 2016. It is now the end of January 2017 and I still have not received my order. They (Drew) had no idea why not...guessed that the stone fabricators maybe had "shut down for the winter". They have my money...I already paid the cemetary. Very upsetting experience that just adds to the underlying grief process.
