        TERRIBLE SALES EXPERIENCE @ SERRAMONTE LEXUS!!!

        SALES TEAM IS SKETCHY!!! STEER CLEAR!!!

        We recently tried buying a new Lexus from Serramonte Lexus. Talk about an awful experience. They wasted hours of our time and when we thought we had a deal, they then went back on that and RAISED the price. Talk about bad business practices. A lot of arrogance and disrespect since they are the "largest dealer in Northern California, blah blah". If Steve is the sales manager on duty, you should go somewhere else - it'll be a better use of your time.
