Jack Schmitt Ford of Collinsville

On first impression these guys were GREAT they really know how to convince the buyer they are getting an awesome deal.I bought a used car from them..warranty is 3,000 miles or 3 months. We applied for extended and our auto loan provider "denied" it which I think is complete crap I believe they didnt want to offer me the extended warranty. So we surpassed our 3,000 mile mark and the van started giving us small issues-trac off light came on and abs light came on Im told its a sensor not a big deal Im working on getting that fixed.However we have now put on 7,000 miles and two oil changes and some how threw a rod. The shop repairing it is under true assumption that Jack Schmitt and his gang of scums put a heavy lubricant on it to mask the problem.Jack Schmitt will offer me NOTHING no discount on labor NOTHING at all and we have had it for FOUR months plain ridiculous. We are looking at paying at least 3 grand to repair this issue that shouldn't of been sold to us!

I took my truck to FORD expecting good service. After all, it IS the dealer my family has been buying from for 15 years. They billed me for a tire rotation they did not do AT ALL. There weren't any fingerprints on my rims and the X that I marked on the inside of the tire was still in the same location. WEIRD? YES! And SOMEONE took my truck for a drive! Without authorization from me. I hit the trip meter right before I arrived. They put 3.6 miles on my truck. Maybe they liked it and decided they would take it to lunch instead of their dumpy rides. They billed me 130 for another process that I specifically told them not to do IN PERSON. And then made me cry in front of the entire sales department when they gave me the bill. This is what I get for being a pregnant female going into a shop with all men that aren't doing very well because of the economy. NOT MY FAULT. BEWARE. ALL OF YOU READING THIS. My engine was covered in oil. Do you think they care that oil rots rubber? EVEN I KNOW THAT! Transmission fluid? Everywhere as well. Pretty bad for the 430 dollars they thought they were going to bill me. If you are planning on going here please don't waste your hard earned money or time. CROOKS. LIARS. FRAUDS.
