Knockwurst
Smoked pork and beef sausage, beer basted. The "knock" in knockwurst is derived from the High German knacken, "to crack, " a reference to the crackling that this sausage makes when it is bitten into. A little guy with lots of flavor.
Weisswurst
Delicious white brat made of veal and pork, with light seasoning. Beer basted and seared. Very mild wurst.
