If you are looking for a hole-in-the-wall type of place, and you choose the right stylist, you can have a good experience here, but if you are expecting more upscale costumer service, don't waste your time. They do not have a receptionist and many times I've come in just to make an appointment and I've waited 20 to 30 minutes and wasn't even greeted upon coming in. If you do go there, Tamra is the absolute best and most knowledgeable stylist. Do not go to Patricia, my experience with her was horrible and she did not listen to what I wanted at ALL. She also cut 6inches of my hair without asking!!!!! I was devastated! I will never go back to this salon because:

Bad communication skills, they don't listen to what you want and tend to do whatever they think looks good, even if you hate it.

The salon is generally dirty and not well kept.

The stylists talk to each other, answer their phones, get distracted and don't have overall professionalism.

No receptionist to handle the stylist's schedule and are often so busy you have to wait weeks to get in.



The owner is a really nice man and I can tell he tries really hard to keep the salon up to certain standards, but personal thoughts aside, his business is not what I would call professional at all!
