AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

We bought a used 1999 Ford F-250 and the transmission went out right away. AAMCO promptly fixed it. There was a small leak that they happily fixed and 900 miles after the rebuild something went wrong with the electrical part of the transmission. They promptly fixed all the issues and we are very happy with their service. They are a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend them.

I am a college student and I had my transmission rebuilt at a shop in bonners, my truck ended up breaking down shorty after (probably not even a month) just wouldnt go past first gear, so I called aamco and they said they could come get my truck and give me a free diagnosis since it was my first time in their shop. Turns out the guy who put my transmission in, didn't do it correctly and it not only messed up the tranny but the motor to.. so aamco told me it would be $3200 to fix my transmission and motor, for worst case scenario. Obviously I don't just hvae that kind of money sitting around my house as I am a "broke college student" so I am freaking out. "how am i gonna get to school and work" just a disaster, then my mom calls me and said aamco had called her back and told her they discused it with the owner, and that I could make payments (I am freshly 18 so I don't have credit to get a loan) was the best news i have ever gotten. Thank you cda aamco for being so amazing, so much appreciation!!!
