        This place is RIDICULOUS..... ...

        This place is RIDICULOUS..... My friend and her husband bought a mobile home here and paid it off early, replaced floors and built a porch etc to improve their home. It has been over 4 months already and still no title. She was told by the Manager Kim to wait another 2 months. (Accountant issues ) THIS IS HORSE HOCKEY!!!!!

        My friend has since moved, due to inheriting a house and cannot sell their trailer because she has no title...meanwhile she is 9 months pregnant and does not need the aggrivation of this added expense. The mobile home park needs to purchase it back from them or give them a title IMMEDIATELY so she has the money needed for her new baby. This park is a scam, DO NOT MOVE HERE
