Being a single women picking out a car for her grandson I was a little perturbed of the car buying process but the staff at Tropical Motor sales immediately made me at ease with there professionalism and vehicle knowledge w found a car that we love and have found are official car place for life.

I am so glad that I went through Tropical Motor Sales they were able to get me a very nice car with a low car payment with my not so good credit. Gary and his Financial Manager were AWESOME!!! Like most people I know, we would rather go to the dentist than to go car buying. Well, the people at Tropical Motor Sales really work to change that experience. It was absolutely no hassle to buy my new truck. I found Tropical Motor Sales via the Internet. I scheduled an appointment to meet Gary on Saturday. I let Gary know what I was looking for. Gary had three trucks lined up for me to test drive. At the end of the test drives I let Gary know which one I was interested in then we talked about my trade-in. We went one round negotiating the price - we started off very close. Then we had a deal. Absolutely no hassles and no pressure!

I love my car ..when you do buy a car from ANY car dealership do your homework first. Terrible experience!!! He is a crook!!!!! He still owes me 300.00 from a "hold" check... he decided to cash it seven weeks later!!!!!! and the registration was wrong, so I needed to correct his mistakes!!!!

HE IS A CROOK AND DESERVES TO BE BEHIND BARS AND OUT OF BUSINESS

They sold me a 4,000 lemon and then took another 1,700 to "repair it". The fake repair took 40 days and when I got the car back took it to a real mechanic who told me the work had never been done. Rudest business I have ever dealt with.

Do NOT purchase from these people unless you want to be frustrated to the extreme. They don't return phone calls, they hang up on you, they lie and they are outright RUDE on the phone. Over the top rude. They don't have a shred of customer service, I don't think they even know the meaning of it. Save yourself a big headache and look elsewhere for a car.
