They have done a good job for us in the past, though they tend to back up with orders. But in trying to match an existing order, they got the color wrong (even when I brought in samples and offered to leave them). They did not apologize though they are fixing it, and the owner literally snapped at me when I made a comment that the new monogram was also smaller than previous. I was so stunned that I just left. Once I get this item back, I will not use them again.

I brought items to be embroidered May 26, 2016 and was given a pick up date of June 10, 2016. I was disappointed that it was going to take 2 weeks, but left items anyway. Mid afternoon on the 10th I went to pick them up and they weren't ready. I did not even get a phone call letting me know of the delay. I was told to come back Monday the 13th. Monday, they still weren't ready! What really infuriated me (beside the staff's lackadaisical attitude) was the fact that items on the counter had a drop off date after mine of May 26, and those folks' items were done! Very poor business practices not to have items done when promised.....
