Craftsmen Electrical Services

It was a Friday morning when I decided to call three electrical contractors in my neighborhood to get a bid on a small job that needed to be done quickly so I could close on the sale of my house here in Cocoa. The first guy kept me waiting all day for a return call, the second guy wanted upwards of $250 and the third guy wasn't sure how much he wanted to charge - somewhere between $160 and $200. Not being satisfied with any of those answers, I made a fourth call, to Craftsman Electrical Services. Todd was at my house within 30 minutes, and within 10 more minutes had diagnosed my problem, given me a quote of "$125 or less", and made a commitment to have one of his guys at my house the following Tuesday morning at 8:00 (Monday was Labor Day or he'd have been here sooner, I believe).



Richard showed up a half hour EARLY the next Tuesday and got right to work. A half hour later, Glenn showed up to help him. And an hour after that, the work was done, the area was cleaned up and the guys were gone. My problem was solved so quickly that, for a while there, I wasn't sure it had actually happened - I thought I was dreaming!



The was a slight snag, however, when three days later I got an invoice in the mail which was a little higher than the quote. So I called Todd to question it. He apologized profusely for the clerical error and sent me a revised invoice by email that same morning.



Most contractors promise three levels of service: Quick, cheap and correct. And in this town, you're luck if you get one of the three. But apparently you can have all three - with Craftsman Electrical Services. Hire these guys.
