This is the worst spa I've ever visited.

This is the worst spa I've ever visited. Very unprofessional employees and absolutely don't care about customer satisfaction. I had a green peel done that did nothing to my face although they assured me it will take care of my concerns. They charged me for products that were necessary to achieve results, but they didn't have one of them and despite my several phone calls, never provided it to me. I paid for... read more something I never got! Kelley is the worst employee there, full of lies and she even asked for gratuity. The owner doesn't care either, so just avoid them, don't waste your time and money. I also reported them to Better Business Bureau, because the way they treat customers is not acceptable. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
