        this is our second pool at two different homes. we are never disappointed with service and any issues are handled in a reasonable time frame with great professionalism. thank you to all.

        The customer service with this company is below ground level==just like your in ground pool. Do not sign their contract to "open and close" your pool. They come and take your cover off and throw minimal chemicals in your pool that does not even clear the water up after 4 days. Aside from that, a pool company should "sweep" your pool with a pool brush to move around the dirt to allow the chemicals to work. They did not do this. They were too worried about finding big dollar problems so they could charge more. The lady in the office is about as customer service friendly as a rattlesnake...

        They provide the worst service ever. The people in the office could care less about your issue, one even told me as much! I had a service set up three weeks ago. They still haven't shown up! I have no idea if they ever will. Buy your tub or pool elsewhere. You'll be so happy you did.

        Grit does not stand by the or work. They paved our pool area in the fall, and when we opened the pool in the spring, there were multiple cracks. They refused to fix them, and would not even come out and look at them. Read the fine print before you work with this company.
