These guys are absolutely outstanding! We were traveling from far West New Mexico to far East Texas and the turbo on our truck bit the dust while pulling our 5th Wheel. We didn't know this area at all but coasted in to this town and limped it to the only shop we could find on that side of the highway. They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us an ETA on parts and a general idea of cost. They had it repaired and out the door on the day they said they would and even kept an eye on the 5th Wheel while it was parked on their lot while they waited for parts. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I wish all shops I have been to over my lifetime were this good.

Lori went above and beyond with expertise and customer service! I really did not think there were people still out there like her! I was broke down and stranded. Lori rescued me and quickly diagnosed the issue, the men at Neal's promptly fixed the issue and got me right back on the road! These people are honest, and the real deal! I highly recommend them!
