“I switched for price...but I will stay for SERVICE! I have home, auto and an umbrella policy with Sheppard Insurance. I switched because they saved me almost 200 hundred dollars over my previous policy. Within a couple of years after switching, an electrical fire started in the alarm box that was supposed to be protecting my home. The home was a total loss as well as my truck that was in the garage. I was very apprehensive about how difficult it was going to be in dealing with the adjuster. However, once the investigator determined the cause of the fire, I felt like Met Life was a personal friend who really wanted to help us. The independent investigator told me ‘there are a lot of insurance companies out there...a lot of sorry ones...but only a couple of really good ones...and you got the best of them all.’ Now, I toot their horn every chance I get. A friend of mine switched insurance not long ago to another company and told me I should check out their price. I switched to Sheppard Insurance and Met Life for price...but I will stay with them for the service I got when the real test of an insurance company counted most!”
