Specialized Delivery Sevice

The furniture was delivered in good condition and delivery men were very courteous. We wanted to give them a tip, but when my husband went to get his wallet, it was missing (from the room they were putting the furniture in) we were searching the house for it while they brought in the last two pieces. It magically reappeared to its normal spot minus all the cash in it. While I am glad they didn't keep the entire wallet, we are still canceling the cards and out around $80 in cash, not to mention I feel completely violated in my own home. Is this the "white glove" delivery I paid for? If this company delivers furniture to you, please have a person in each room watching! Or better yet, don't use them at all!
