I went in to see Tina and she is so professional and nice. The treatment I received was a microdermabrasion and facial..I loved it and my skin glowed. Since my first visit I have been back several times. I recommend the service to anyone who needs to be pampered.

I arrived to my facial appointment 15 minutes to a locked door. The neighboring business told me they often lock the door when they're doing an appointment so I waited outside in the chilly air for 15 minutes. Brandy was my Aesthetician and seemed friendly. The room was comfortable. As she got started, she said she wanted to do a peel on my face to help open the pores and exfoliate it before the microdermabrasian. I said okay. We finished the treatment and I went up front with my tip in hand. She told me the peel would be an extra $47 to which I responded why didn't she indicate there was an expense for it to which she responded "you didn't ask". I professionally asserted that she didn't even trigger a thought it would cost -- didn't call it "optional" or "extra", etc. She did NOT apologize or take accountability -- no sorry, nothing -- just that'll be $47 extra for the service that we did. The other lady sitting at the desk tried to smoothe it over a bit saying "you'll be glad I did it -- your skin will love it". No - actually I'm not glad I was deceived and scammed. I highly doubt my normal, healthy skin needed an extra $50 peel on top of an already expensive treatment. I should've argued against paying it and definitely should have picked up the $15 tip I had given her but I didn't. I am an easy to please person and this was a very disappointing experience which is rare for me. BEWARE -- I would recommend not going here. If you do, make sure you tell them UP FRONT that you don't want any EXTRA services because while they're doing the treatment and describing what they're doing, you won't realize it will cost you more later.
