This was a sad couple that were going through terrible family and emotional problems, she the wife was making all the decisions, then when the husband of the house came home he wanted to keep everything to re-use some place else, They where fighting each day we worked there. Until the last check was to be issued. They never could see eye to eye about anything and kept wanting us to do work out side of our agreed contract. The wife would agree upon things then the husband would want to change things after the work was started and paid for. They where told they had serious mechanical problems rather then fixing them they chose to paint walls and put down carpet. There was serious mental stress on the family Mother & Father both had a mental breakdown during the time we where there & parents had to be taken away for their safety away from these home owners. Once we finished our contract we refused to get involved with there folks any more because how sad things where there and that infuriated the husband he kept calling all hours of the night waking up my family, he was obviously drinking demand we come back and do more work for no pay. We explained our contract with you was filled we will not do any further work for him. He was told this like 20 times AND YET HE KEPT CALLING AND THREATENING. We just stayed away from a obvious mentally troubled couple. ALL the supplies on this job where bought and paid for completely by the home owner’s mother in law for his wife he never spent a penny and claimed all this material on his taxes which he personally never paid a penny fort, if there is and manipulation it was on this guys part. So his last straw was to try to o working for him again by trying to give us bad review here. It wont work Russ we will not be black mailed Also they never paid a penny up front we worked all off billable hours. Which they where there every day arguing while we where working, each week a check was cut for the hours we where there working there wasn’t a penny paid up front, this guy is simply a defrauder looking to get over on honesty contractors
