This small based company is a one man show I hear.

I own a Transcription Agency in NJ. I needed a tape repaired that my Machine ate. ASAP.

When I went there to get my tape repaired there was no one there. So DO NOT GO ON MONDAY'S! Finally I dropped off my tape on Wednesday. There was one girl working in the office. I think her name was Carol. She was very nice but could not tell me when my tape would be ready. Just that someone would call when it was ready.

Two weeks later I decided to call them because I still did not hear from them. They then told me they were not sure when it would be ready because the Tech was out on other jobs. So at that point I was going to go pick up the tape and take it elsewhere when I received a call from Jim Bucci from Gramco. He said he was the computer guy but he would repair my tape right there and then for me. I picked it up the next day. He was wonderful to deal with.



Since then I have asked around if anyone else has ever used Gramco Word Processing (AKA: Gramco Business Communications). And to my surprise many of them use Gramco. Not to my surprise they all knew Jim and said that he is the one you want to deal there. The Job will get done quick and it will get done right.
