        Overall

        He was replacing my watch's battery when I told him that I was going to go elsewhere (I decided the price was too high). He put together my watch again, and I went to another battery replacement store. They opened it up, and found that the battery was missing! Just because I didn't want his business he removed my battery.



        tl;dr: He is a thief.

        This establishment is run by con artists.



        My mom took her beautiful emerald ring to the shop for repairs.



        she was given back her ring completely altered with the real stones replaced with fakes.



        They then proceeded to assault my mother physically.



        Criminal charges are being pressed with the authorities.
