        Took truck in for recall and oil change. Sat in bay for a while because the young man (CD) was not paying attention to the bay. On his computer and did not once look to see if he had a customer. Another car pulled up behind me and the young lady went in and the service guy came out walked right past me and started to take info from the other vehicle, that is when I got out walked back and asked him why he passed me up (hmmmmm). I guess these young people don't want to do their job unless you ask them to anymore. Anyway, all he could say was I'm sorry, and then still did not bother to help me. I walked into service office and spoke to the man I have done business with the past several years and he helped me immediately. Now, that's service! Not sure what the young man was watching or viewing on his computer, but he was more than happy to jump and run to the aid of the young lady! General Manager needs to review his work ethics or maybe even drug test his employees. BTW, this was not the first time this same young man (CD) ignored me, he did it with last oil change and I was not about to let him get away with it again.

        We recently bought a 2014 Ram from Martin Chrysler in Cleveland TX, after going to a few other Dodge dealers in the area. The other Dealerships were rude, and didn't seem to care. We decided to try one more time, and went to Martin Chryler. It was a whole new car buying experience, they care about their customers! They listened to what we wanted and needed, and got us in the truck we really wanted. We had less then perfect credit, but they didn't just give up. They went above and beyond. We didn't have to buy used this time, they got us in the brand new truck. We are very very pleased with Matin Chryler and their employees. Our Sales Representative was Cassandra Burgess (281)806-7024 "cburgess04@gmail.com" I would recommend her to anyone, she was truly wonderful.

        Went to test drive a vehicle called before i left for the 2hr trip up there was told.it was still available got there guy gave me the keys to test drive it fell in love with it was ready to make a deal and was then told the vehicle had been sold they were waiting for they guy to come pick it up also informing me it was for a "hugr businessmans daughter". i will not ever recommend business with this dealership verrryyyy unprofessional and bad business!!!
