They have exceeded my expectations for the service. The tech that came to my house was knowledgeable about their services and products and was friendly.

Had them look at our lift station at Hillside Terrace, they told us on 2 different occasions our lift pumps were out. They lied!!! Had another Johns Plumbing company come out and get our pumps connected and back online. That was in April, it's December and the pumps are still going strong. The man that tried to rip us off was the brother of the owner. He appeared to be on speed which is why I hesitated to allow him to replace both pumps. BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED!!!

If there was a 0, that is what I would give this company. They really rip off my granddaughter. They finally came out just before dark with a full truck and suckered the tank half way down. Charged them 175.00 .Her husband called the office and told the lady thay answered the phone, she told him they would send them half the money back. If never happen, when he call back a really rude lady called he a liar that it never happened. This is a young couple are expecting their first baby. They didn't have money to call someone else. Family member paid another company to do what this company got the money for.I call that sorry!

BEWARE! POSSIBLE RIPOFF! I called them because we had a toilet overflowing and brown water coming up near our septic tank. They quoted a price of $195 to drain the tank with an additional $250 if the line had to be unclogged.



When they came out, they took one look and said that the field lines had to be unclogged at $700. Against my better judgment, I said okay due to the urgent nature of the problem.



When they were done, they gave me a bill for $895. They did not mention that the $700 was IN ADDITION to the $195 for draining.



Additionally, I have no way of determining that they actually drained the field lines.



Later, I called a couple of other companies to compare prices (which I should have done first) and most wanted to come out and look and said that draining the field lines might not even be necessary. Other companies asked how long the field lines were or where they ran, but not these guys. One of them gestured toward the pasture and said, "I'll bet that's where they are."



I get the feeling that their answer to everything is draining field lines because they did not look at anything else.



I complained to the company and was told that the owner would call me back, but he never did.



One last warning. They said that there are five companies that operate out of the same office. The truck that came out said All Pro, but their shirts said Texas Pride. Listen closely when you call around because they all use the same receptionist.



When you read the other reviews, ask yourself how typical it is for a company to get all 5 star reviews. Then ask yourself if those reviews sound fake. They do to me.

These guys seriously rock! Their work is very efficient, fast, and amazing. Also, dealing with them personally was great. Awesome customer service and highly recommendable.

I was calling for service on a weened. Most places we called answered "sorry we are closed" and hung up. All Pro Sep was very polite to explain why they could not service me that day. He made an appointment. The crew came on time, went right to work, explain things I needed to know. They left the work area clean!

My call for service was responded to the same day and all services were provided in a timely, professional manner. The guys that did the work were courteous and did a great job. I needed a lot of work done but they worked with me to help make it affordable. They earned my trust.

Your guys came out and cleaned out my septic lines for a total of $1200. At the time I paid $300 and was set up on 3 payments of $300. Paid that off and appreciated the leiniency. Got great service and now they have a customer for life.
