Overall

This center, designed to treat those who seek out help for mental health issues, fails at its very mission. The requirements for the TN state management and his staff are as follows: Apathy, neglect, lazy, disrespect, sluggish, soul-sucking, can't be bothered, won't be bothered, don't care attitude, must remind each patient at every opportunity that one is superior to them in every way and that they are just a poor, insignificant, odd specimen of vermin who has dared to walk through their door to seek help. If you bother to complain about the shoddy treatment you by staff, the 'Blue Wall' (or is it an "Orange Wall" since they are State of Tennessee employees/contractors?) of cronyism is at the forefront and all are well-versed in "Testi-lying." Electronic check-in would be far more competent than this receptionist who signs you in and less wasteful to taxpayer funds...however, politicians do need to reward their friends or they can't get re-elected. It must be politically motivated because for the life of me, I do not see how M|$ty keeps her job.

To misquote Winston Churchill, "Never in the history of mankind have so few wronged much to so many.'
