Payment and Gift Certificate Policy: Payment for all services is due in full at the end of your appointment. Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card. Any returned checks for insufficient funds will incur a $30 processing fee. If you change the scope of service once you arrive, resulting in a lesser service than originally scheduled, you may be charged for the original amount. (i.e. Schedule a Manicure, Hair color and massage, but then only wish to receive a massage). Please let your therapist know if you are using a gift certificate for payment at the time you schedule your service. If you are redeeming a gift certificate, you must bring the gift certificate with you to your appointment and surrender at the beginning of your service – No Exceptions. Gift certificates cannot be used for alternate services, divided into multiple visits or transferred to other parties. Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen and have no cash value. All gift certificates must be redeemed by expiration date.

As such, our massage therapists do not prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceuticals nor is any spinal adjustment performed. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical attention, and it is essential that all health information provided be true and correct. If you omit anything that leads to negative results, it is your responsibility and not that of the massage therapist. Our massage therapist will only use those techniques within their scope of practice which they deem appropriate for your treatment. Massage therapy is therapeutic and therefore strictly non-sexual. If you behave inappropriately during your session, our massage therapists have the right to end the massage, and you will be charged the full amount for the appointment. Criminal charges may be pressed depending on the severity of the behavior.
