        Bought 5 new tires in November. In April I got 3 flats after hitting potholes. Monro only ordered 2 replacement tires and promised to order the third. Later the fourth tire went flat and when I went back to Monro I found they still hadn't ordered the third tire from the first mishap. Now they claim it's "tred wear" and not a road hazard so it's Goodyear's problem not theirs. Really poor customer service. The quality of service has seriously deteriorated since the old crew left. I deal with this problem with them but I wont be back after that!
