Ben Franklin Plumbing

I got great service today from Joe at Ben Franklin Plumbing. Lots of plumbers make you leave a voice message and then don't call back for days, and some not at all. In this case I spoke to a live person. Joe arrived right on time and was very efficient in handling the problem. He explained the job in detail, rounded up the parts and got the repair completed promptly, then cleaned up so you couldn't tell he had been there. I think I got good value for my money, and I would definitely recommend Joe and his company.

Chris Orne was very punctual on his arrival time. He was extremely polite, friendly and very helpful. He took time with us to answer all of our questions and gave us more information than we expected. He was very clean. I would highly recommend this company after experiencing one of the best service calls we ever had with Chris Orne. He was highly skilled and knowledgeable.

Brian was efficient and very professional. He explained everything to us and did a fabulous job during his visit. He was considerate and kind and everything you would hope for in a professional technician, that you rarely get. We wanted to compliment Brian and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for seeing us same day and taking care of our needs and concerns. We were very pleased with the service from Alesha, Laura and especially Brian. He was fair and honest, and we cannot tell you how refreshing that was. I had an emergency plumbing issue downstairs last night and somebody came out right away to help me with my problem. My husband is disabled and I'm pretty much left to do things on my own which is hard when water is flowing out from the pipes in my basement. As soon as Joe arrived he was so nice and knew exactly what he was doing - he got to accessing and fixing the problem right away. He was my life savor last night! I just want the people at Benjamin Franklin to know what a great worker they have in Joe! If I ever have another issue in the future, Joe will be the guy I request from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Ben Franklin has been our plumber for a few years. Chris Orne serviced our needs a few times. Chris is quick, efficient and always answers our questions and concerns honestly. We believe their prices are fair. BF is our go-to plumber!

I called BF because of a leaky kitchen faucet. When Chris Orne was dispatched to handle my call I asked Chris several questions about my problem. He was very helpful and informative, and that's when I decided I should also replace my aging kitchen sink and disposal. I called BF because several years ago they replaced a leaking water heater on an emergency call. They responded quickly, had a replacement water heater in stock, and performed the job rapidly. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

As always, Brian S. saved the day for us. Overnight, our entire drain system went from free flowing to completely locked up. I specifically asked for Brian (as I always do) because he is so efficient, prompt, neat, and is a terrific guy. Most of all, he REALLY knows what he is doing. Problem? Our sewer pipes became completely blocked off under our house by tree roots. Rather than just snake out the area, Brian pointed out that your water jet treatment would be a much better solution to our problem. He offered us a 2 year guarantee for the procedure. I watched Brian and the water jet chew up all of the roots. Before moving on through the pipe, he made sure that each root ball was completely obliterated. Brian does not cut corners. He is more thorough than anyone I have ever encountered in any trade. He is without a doubt your most valuable asset. Don was professional in his approach to the work and expained what needed to be done with several options when possible to allow me to make the choice of what was done. COmpleted the work in a timely manner and cleaned up before leaving.
