        Overall

        I cannot speak for the company as a whole but my business is located in the Cleveland Ohio area the service and machines ALCO provided were the worst . The machine constantly ate our employees money . When repairs where called in they were never fixed in a timely manner . Once they were fixed we were never given back the money that was taken . The prices of chips and candy in the machine were too high for the selection offered most times . They came when they felt like to refill the machines . Sometimes things would be out for weeks at a time . Mark who Im assuming is the area rep to put it nicely was rude and argumentative . When we finally had enough of poor service and decided to go with a different vendor ALCO drug their feet picking up our machines and left them sitting at our business for 3 weeks before we had to call threaten to put them outside . Based off our experience I would not recommend them to anyone .
