Reese Eye Care

The staff can be heard talking about other patients behind the window while calling to confirm appointments. Dr. Reese himself is extremely rude. He constantly complained about my 6 year old fidgeting during his exam. He even went as far as making an innapropriate comment about my child being on ADHD medication. They neglect to tell you that he is no longer giving prescriptions for contact lenses although they advertise them in their listing. I had mentioned my contacts several times and even marked in my paperwork that I currently wore them. They waited to tell me that he no longer gives contact scripts to new patients until I had been taken back for my exam and specifically asked for a script. Which they then explained was because they weren't happy with people buying them from outside sources instead of through them. During my exam, he complained about how much television time my mother may or may not have allowed me have as a child, as well as other off-the-wall, pointless remarks.

My twelve year old daughter has worn glasses since she was six years old, and they recently broke. We needed to get her in to see an eye doctor as quickly as possible, and this one had the first opening, so we took it. The doctor was very rude, even going as far as to tell my daughter that she was a liar and telling her that he knew she could see something that she couldn't and that she was faking so that she could get glasses! Don't waste your money or time!

I went to Reese for an eye exam and the doctor was very rude to me. He didn't even dilate my eyes. When I tried to talk to him on the phone about my experience he hung up on me.
