I ordered the "Be My Love Bouquet with Red Roses" for Valentines Day, and had them delivered locally to her work. The end product was essentially a cheap arrangement from the grocery store at best. The product description said the flowers would come in a red vase. They delivered the flowers in a clear one. Also, the arrangement looked very unprofessional, and had fern clippings drooping at the bottom. It looked tacky.

I called the store to see what happened. Their website says they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I wanted them to know there was an issue. Daretta's did nothing to rectify the situation. I realize the substitution policy says they may substitute different flowers if the one's in the arrangement are out of stock. However, it mentions nothing about changing vases, & does not state they will add in a random plant (fern) that droops and adds no value to the arrangement.

Summary: I recommend going with one of the other flower shops in town. This place was not up to par.

I was very disappointed in this florist. When chosing flowers over the internet I understand that the pictures are not going to look the same as the actual product however, the flowers my mom received (because she took pictures and sent them to me) and the picture on the internet were totally different. I specified on the website to not substitute the arrangement in hopes that the florist would contact me if they were not able to duplicate the ones I had ordered. There was a lot of fern used as a filler, there were no daisies, other types of flowers and filler as shown in the picture on the website. Also, on the website was a bow around the vase, this may have made the arrangement look more "finished" however there was not even a bow. It was a clear glass vase where you could see the arrangement stuffed in it and nothing to finish it. I can say that the delivery of the flowers for Mother's Day was fast. They arrived 3 days before the date that I had specified on the website. I tried contacting the florist via email and have not heard anything back to this date.

I would not recommend ordering flowers from this website unless you have had dealings with them in the past and are satisfied with their arrangements.
