The Carrington at Four Corners

Horrible place filled with shady business practices. When we moved out we were told by an employee in the front office not to worry about our carpet because the apartment was to be renovated. We lived there for 3 years and another company had bought the property since we moved in....We Paid a pet deposit, a monthly pet fee for 3 years and they want to charge $1,128 to replace the carpet due to "pet damage". Really because it feels like you want to renovate the apartment on my dime... Don't bother moving in. The dumpsters are always over flowing on the weekends and the office has no clue what's going on. The apartment flooded all the time from the above apartment a/c, we would wake up and the carpet would be soggy.. Once water was pouring from the smoke alarms as they were going off.. Security is sketcy and non existent.. Also the person who told me not to worry about the carpet "no longer works there." I will be fighting this. Completely unfair. Please don't bother moving in here...

I moved in a little over a year ago. The only reason I renewed my lease here, was because of the expenses of moving I was not prepared for. After three months of renewal, I am GLADLY breaking this lease for a job transfer. It was like a heaven sent to get out of this place. Recently, this place took on new ownership, making new changes to the property, it looks so much better. However, the property manager is incredibly rude. The young girl that works in the front is amazing and always nice, everyone else, not pleasant to work with. Maintenance is never timely with any issue and let me just start a new rant on the ROACH INFESTATION. This place is AWFUL!!!! Since day one of living here, there have been roaches. Where as this is Florida and roaches do happen, this is an infestation. Everyday I'm killing at least six roaches. They originally tried to pass them off as water bugs, excuse me? They send their pest control guy out but he barely does anything and it solves NOTHING. I highly recommend you continue your search elsewhere because this place is expensive and offers nothing and is perfectly fine with you living with pests. I really have nothing good to say about this place, waste of money, big disappointment.

They find way to keep your deposit and make you pay for their terrible upkeep

We love living here! My roomates have been here for over two yrs. We just renewed for 18 mos. The people that work here have all been there for us.-It may not have anything to do with the apt. but they try to help. I know that's not their job so it's more like family we don't have in fl We didn't know anyone when we moved in. Every week they have this social called Thirsty Thursday. It can be soft drinks wine and appetizers or wine and pot luck dinners brought in by all of us residents.Sometimes have cooking contests. Sometimes,the staff here cooks for us! Then at least once per month they have a dj with karaoke and contests. I'm not a singer but I enjoy those who are. We love it.

These people were so nice to us until we signed the lease. Now, every time I go to the office the people just don't care and are rude. They lost our application and told us different things every time we came in. Now they say they won't work with us regarding our rent, and I woke up with a roach on my face one morning. Can not wait to get out.

Moved in last summer when new owners took over i was afraid that everything would bad, but the manager that left promised she was leaving the property in good hands. She did. The new owners are making changes but they are improvements, the people in the office are nice and I still see the old manager from time to time. My apartment is great and if i call in a workorder Omar is there quick to take care of it.



I'm glad I made this decision.
