i have used many home inspection firms in the past. Florida Appraisal and Building Inspection, LLC., by far is the best i have ever used. Tom's knowledge, experience and fast courteous service was unmatched by anyone. I had the report in my hand at the end of the inspection with digetal photos throughout. He enen took extra pictures of unique items in the home to bring to my attention. He saved me 1000's of dollars by noting defects before i purchased the house. He also provides the best and most comprehensive Listing Inspection. After performing my buyer's inspection, I used him to pre-inspect the house i needed to sell and he provided a marketing program to help my realtor sell my home.
