        Our Medical Director Dr. Todd A. Besnoff is a graduate of Florida State University College of Medicine, and performed his residency at Sacred Heart Hospital in northern Florida. He has been a member of the American Medical Association, the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the National Physician’s Alliance . Throughout his professional medical career, Dr. Besnoff has performed thousands of surgical procedures in the area of plastic surgery, gynecology, tissue donation and life-saving emergency treatment. Dr. Besnoff’s comprehensive surgical background includes abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, breast reduction, tumescent anesthesia, VASER liposuction, labioplasty, general gynecological surgeries and emergency surgical procedures. Prior to his residency, Dr. Besnoff was Regional Manager of Southeast Tissue Alliance (SETA), where he performed donation surgeries for fourteen hospitals, educated colleagues on surgical techniques, and developed standardized tissue recovery procedures that were integrated at affiliate hospitals. During his time with SETA, Dr. Besnoff developed a placenta donation protocol that utilized stem cells to help restore eye sight. Through his combined effort of hard work, and dedication to save and enhance lives, Dr. Besnoff helped increased tissue donations by 300%. Dr Besnoff has performed more Botox treatments in Tampa Bay then any other provider.

        Purchased fillers in February which didn't make any changes to my face so was told I needed another session so I purchased more in early April and at the end of April no visible changes. Really disappointing and won't returning. I was going there for years and it seems now that the fillers must be pretty diluted.

        This place ripped me off, charge me $2100 injected me with some type a concoction. That I was told would dissolve some small amount of fat away from my lower abdomen area. However, he did not do anything.

        Dr. Karl Swanson is the best a...

        Dr. Karl Swanson is the best at what he does, I have been to many cosmetic doctors in the Tampa Bay area and Dr. Swanson is the only one that seems to know what he is doing. My botox turned out awesome! I will definatly be back!!

        This is the worst place to go to in the entire world. The Doctor is awful and the employees are not properly trained or certified to assist in procedures.
