It's About Time

William Bassett did a great job of repairing our large wall clock that has a German mechanism. At first we were not sure he was up to repairing this type of clock but expressing those concerns, he reiterated his experience and stated his familiarity with the mechanism. He is an engineer my training and you can see his experience once he starts to take the mechanism apart. We watched as he took the initial steps to disassemble the mechanism with a little concern but we quickly saw that he knew what he was doing. He repaired the clock the same afternoon. We left for a couple of hours while he did the detail work and came back to find the repair complete.
